Each aspect of Dreams Foundation and its team’s operation is subjected to the child’s best interest. We believe that when appropriate and permanent protection and care could not be found in Bulgaria for the child, it is our duty to assist him or her for the implementation of the basic right guaranteed by the Convention on the Rights of the Child of the UN, namely, to live in a family – the fundamental group of society and natural environment for his or her growth and well-being (the Preamble of the Convention). In these cases, we find that the best interest of the child requires his or her adoption abroad.

Notwithstanding the above, Dreams Foundation’ Code of Ethics  is mandatory for all individuals working at Dreams Foundation. The provisions of this Code apply as well for all our partners abroad. Therefore, before starting cooperation with them, we seek reassurance that the Code would be complied with and our partners share and profess its provisions.
